STEP 1: Navigate to the Billing Page
After you’ve logged in successfully, you should go to the billing page as soon as possible.
When you go to the billing page, an image of your account type will be there.
Right below it is text that tells you when your current plan will end.
STEP 2: Terminate Your Subscription
When you choose this option, you’ll be taken to a page where you can change your subscription. In that section, you’ll find a button to cancel your subscription.
The large red button with the word “Cancel” written on it is the one. You can go to the next page by just pressing the button.

GoHighLevel will request an explanation for your cancellation decision. You will be given choices; if none of them work for you, it’s easy to choose another.
Now, all you have to do is click the button that says “Cancel Now.”
