OpenAI appears to be preparing for the imminent release of GPT-5.6, its next major flagship model.
Speculation has reached a fever pitch this week, with leaked backend logs, internal codenames, and prediction markets all pointing toward a launch as early as the final week of June 2026.
While OpenAI has remained completely silent on any official announcement, the signs are becoming too strong to ignore.
