Technical SEO Audit Services That Find What Blocks Your Rankings
A technical SEO audit from DigiExe crawls every page of your site, checks how Google renders and indexes it, and gives you a ranked fix list your developers can act on the same week.
What is a technical SEO audit?
A technical SEO audit is a deep check of the parts of your website that search engines need to work properly: crawling, indexing, rendering, site speed, mobile usability, structured data and site architecture. Content and links cannot do their job if Google cannot reach or understand your pages.
We have audited sites from 20 pages to hundreds of thousands of URLs since 2014. Every audit ends with a prioritized list: what to fix, why it matters, how much impact we expect and who should fix it. No 200 page export of tool warnings that nobody reads.
What our technical SEO audit checks
We combine crawl data, Google Search Console, server logs where available and manual review.
Crawlability
Robots.txt, crawl depth, orphan pages, broken links, redirect chains and crawl budget waste.
Indexing
Index coverage, canonical tags, noindex rules, duplicate and thin pages, parameter URLs.
Core Web Vitals and speed
LCP, INP and CLS on real user data, plus the scripts, images and fonts slowing you down.
Rendering and JavaScript
How Googlebot sees JavaScript content, lazy loaded elements and client side routing.
Site architecture
Internal linking, URL structure, pagination, XML sitemaps and hreflang for multi-language sites.
Structured data
Schema markup errors, missing rich result types and entity markup for AI search.
How the audit works
Access
You share Search Console, Analytics and a staging or live URL.
Crawl and review
We crawl the site, compare it with real Google data and review templates by hand.
Prioritized report
Every issue gets an impact score, an example URL and a clear fix.
Walkthrough call
We go through the report with you and your developer and answer questions.

Technical SEO audit cost and what you get
The price of a technical SEO audit depends mainly on site size and platform. A 50 page WordPress site is a smaller job than a 50,000 URL ecommerce store on a custom stack. The plans below cover the common sizes.
What you receive
- An executive summary with the five issues that matter most
- A full issue list with affected URLs
- Developer ready tickets with steps to fix
- A Core Web Vitals report with page templates ranked by impact
- A re-check after fixes are live, if you choose an ongoing plan
When you need a technical SEO audit
| Situation | Why an audit helps |
|---|---|
| Traffic dropped suddenly | Finds indexing, redirect or algorithm related causes |
| Site migration or redesign | Prevents lost rankings before and after launch |
| Pages not getting indexed | Shows why Google skips them |
| Slow site | Pinpoints what hurts Core Web Vitals |
Need someone to fix the issues as well? Our technical SEO consultant service handles implementation.
Technical SEO Audit Services: frequently asked questions
What is included in a technical SEO audit?
Crawlability, indexing, site speed and Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, JavaScript rendering, site architecture, internal links, structured data and security checks, delivered as a prioritized fix list.
How long does a technical SEO audit take?
Most audits take 5 to 10 working days. Very large sites with log file analysis can take up to 3 weeks.
How often should I run a technical SEO audit?
A full audit once or twice a year, plus a check before and after any redesign, migration or platform change.
Do you fix the issues you find?
We can. The audit report is yours to use with any developer, or our team can implement the fixes as a separate project.
Which tools do you use?
Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse, Semrush and log file analyzers, plus manual review of key templates.
Will an audit improve my rankings by itself?
The audit shows what to fix. Rankings improve once the fixes go live, and the biggest gains usually come from indexing and internal linking issues.
Can you audit Shopify, Wix or Magento sites?
Yes. We audit WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Magento, Webflow and custom built sites, and our advice accounts for each platform’s limits.
What do you need from me to start?
Read access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and your site URL. Server logs are a bonus for large sites.
